My experience learning english in the University

This is the last blog, and I will write about the experience learning English in the University. Well, I think we had a lot of fortune to have Andy like our teacher because he is really funny, is a really good person and teacher.

When I was in the school I didn't like my English class, and it was very difficult to me, but this year in the university I enjoy more the class. One of the reasons of that, is that English at the University is more didactic tha in the school, and for me this is very important. I really like the games in groups, and the atmosphere created in the class. Is a good place to share with the rest, and learn English at the same time.

The blogs were a great oportunity to write in english about everyday things and it's an original form to practise the writting.

I have always thought english is a big tool in the life, so I hope continue learning this language.
Ending english intermediate, I can say I have practised a lot my English. I learned a lot of new things, but I must continue studying it.

Well, I think is time to say good bye. I hope you have enjoyed reading this blog, and maybe one day in the future I will writte in this page about my life! It can be a good idea.

2014

Hello! After a long time without writing today I have come back, and I will write about this year. In general, this year has been very good but with a lot of changes (in relation with the 2013).
In the summer I went to the south with my friends and we visit a lot of places, I think this travel was a very good form to start the year. After that I went with my fathers and my boyfriend to Bariloche, and at the end of the holidays I went to the house of the grandfathers of my boyfriend in the south. I was a "summer in the south" and I enjoyed a lot all the moments.
In march, I entry to the University to study sociology. I think this event is one of the most important moments in this year (and maybe in my life). I have knew a lot of people, and I'm really happy but sometimes I miss the school because I passed good moments there. I continue seeing all my school friends and I am really happy about that because in general people think that in the university it's not possible to continue meeting with the friends of school.

In the winter (holidays) I went some days to the beach with my friends but I passed the most of time in Santiago (like for September's holidays)

Now, we are finishing the academic year (I want holidays!) and I think it have been a good year, I have known wonderful people and I am happy. I hope the next year continue like that.

Favourite film

Hello! Today I'm going to write about my favourite film. It is difficult for me choose a film as "a favourite", but one of the movies I really like is The Silence of the Lambs.
It is an amercan thriller (suspense) film made in 1991 by Jonathan Demme and protagonisated by Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins. It is based on a novel written by Thomas Harris in 1988.
 The film had won a lot of prizes, and it is considered an important piece of cinema in the world.

The Silence of the Lambs tell de story of an investigation done by Clarice Starling, a young F.B.I agent (Jodie Foster) about Buffalo Bill, who is murderer. Starling, goes to visit at the "Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally" the psychiatrist Hannibal Lecter who is a very dangerous cannibal.  The film is about all the investigation, and how the detective by her intelligence can continue working. Lecter is a very interesting character, because he is one of the most dangerous person in the world, but at the same time he is very intelligent.

One of the things I like in this film, is the work made by the actors. I think the characters, where perfectly done and this is one of the reason why the film is so good.

Favourite activity

Hello! Today is the time to write about my free time activity!
Well, I think my favourite activity is cook with my friends (and then eat the things we cook). I specially like, when we do original things. In my opinion
In general we meet all the weekends in a house and we try to cook, but most of the time we finish cooking something like spaghetti, but sometimes we are original and we cook sweet things or new salad food.
We have a "tradition" that consists of cooking for the birthday (like a gift), and we made a lot of delicious sweet things, like pancakes, cupcakes, cakes, brownies, etc.
I think I like to cook, because is a good moment to share with my friends and another reason is that I really like to eat and in my opinion the food "made in home" is fantastic

When I am alone in my house and I'm bored, cooking is a good way to entertain myself, and I like to leave tasty food for the house (I'm not the best chef in the world, but when I see a recipe the food is good).
If I must choose, I prefer to cook sweet food specially things with chocolates! And I reaally like cook pastas (well, the truth is that I really like to eat pastas)

Future job

Hello! I hope you had good holidays! Today I'm going to talk about my future job. 

Well, is difficult for me write about a thing that I want to do in my future, because I have a lot of ideas, but here is the most importants things that I have like objective.

Ending my studies I would like teach class in a school for a time (of history). I have always liked the kids, and I think is a good form to share the things that I know, and a good instance for learn a lot with them.  After that I want to work in something with other people (like ONG or a public institution) but I don't know very well doing what. 

I don't know if I want to be all day in an office, beacuse I like to move, and do things outdoors, and if I have the possibility I would like to travel and know new places, and new people with differents experience.

I like the work in groups, and I think they have very good results. 

In everyway after finishing my current studies and before starting working I would like to continue studyng, like posgraduate study.

I hope I can do all the things that I want, but I know is difficult, and I must work a lot to do the things I want
